As the death of his relationship with Rachel flashes uncontrollably before his eyes, young Johnny struggles to rediscover purity from his hotel window. Matters are complicated by an oppressive heat met with a broken-down air-conditioner and the intrusion of a physically aggressive couple, Mike Rice and Starryeyes. Within the cramped quarters of Johnny and Rachel’s hotel room, the two couples’ desperate need to survive their own guilty corruption escalates into a frenzy of violence, lust, and visits with a lonely bear.
